Got another menu item confused (holiday whacked, sorry) and wound up accidentally adding a little shredded cheddar and some cream cheese to the mashed before it dawned on me that I was looking at the wrong recipe. I continued properly, except for using a dash of 1/2 and 1/2 instead of so much milk, because the potatoes were getting pretty "loose"."
