Was taught how to make milk gravy at 12 years old. Started cooking for the family of 7 when I was fifteen years old. Learned Southern, Irish, Italian and Chinese growing up. Created quick, from scratch, meals working full time and rasing my family. I love to learn the seasonings used in different cuisines and develop new receipes based upon these.
