They were very good. I left out the vinegar as we prefer it without. The Smoked Spanish Paprika makes a big difference and I definitely recommend using it!"

Reviewed Colorado Quinoa with Caramelized Onions

We really enjoyed this recipe. I had to leave the peppers out because I did not have them on hand and this was a last minute recipe find.
I also cooked the quinoa with beef bouillon cubes. I served this with a skirt steak and steam broccoli and my family ( including our 3 year old) loved it. Will definitely make it again"

This was delicious. I modified it a little bit because I did not have fresh basil, so I added fresh parsley and a bay leaf. I also added mushrooms because I had them in the refrigerator. I had a drop of red wine leftover so I added that to the pot as well. Served it over the long fusilli and everyone loved it.""

This recipe was delicious. I made a few slight modifications. I did not have honey mustard so I made my own with guldens spicy brown mustard and honey. I also had granny smith apples in the house so I used those. In addition, instead of cooking it at 450 degrees I took a slower cook approach for about 45 minutes at 325 convection roast. Loved this recipe! easy to make and it was delicious. Had enough to make a second tray and froze it for another night. At the 2nd tray tonight and was just as good as the first batch. Will definitely make it again."
