“Delicious recipe. The second time making it, I used 2 small eggs, and instead of buttermilk, I used peach kefir (a yogurt which is a bit like buttermilk). Therefore, this time I made 1/6 of the "mix" recipe. I then halved the amount of buttermilk, etc.
