Reviewed Thai Chicken Wrap with Spicy Peanut Sauce

"Very tasty! I put sriracha sauce in my peanut sauce [to make it extra spicy] and use my own spice mix for the chicken. To keep the chicken soft I keep it covered while cooking it. You can find an interesting array of fresh herbs at local Asian markets.. they are usually cheaper and add an interesting flavor. This is most definitely a family favori"

Reviewed Pumpkin and Black Bean Soup

"I changed the recipe up by adding some ingredients and it turned out great, a family favorite.
When the onions are cooking I add sliced kielbasa sausage and crushed garlic. Meanwhile on the side I boil chopped potatoes, until almost done. Then to the soup I add frozen corn as well as some garlic salt. I add the potatoes when I add the cream and simmer it together for awhile. Turns out great every time, makes for a very hearty, winter soup. It also works well in a crockpot, just add the cream a few minutes before serving! [:
With these additions, I give this soup 5 stars.

Reviewed S'more Brownies

"Very tasty, but also very rich. Hard to cut.
Too many steps to be an "easy" recipe, but none of the steps were difficult to complete.
I put the brownies further away from the broiler than recommended and my marshmallows turned out perfectly toasted after about 4 minutes. I'd most definitely make these again.
