Reviewed Spicy Shrimp and Pasta Casserole

"This was really good and so easy to make! I used medium salsa instead of mild to see if it would spice it up a bit, since i read a review where they said it wasnt spicy at all. Using the medium salsa was just right for the spice i was going for, I will definetly make again!"

Reviewed Spice-Blackened Steak Gyro with Pickled Onions

"This recipe was very tasty, i didnt have the escarole leaves, i wanted the gyro taste so i just used lettuce and diced tomatoes and used emeril's recipe for the tzatziki sauce. the only thing that i would do different (which was my fault) i had more than 8 oz of steak and i wish i wouldve tenderized it a little bit more. i assembled my gyro on pita bread (lightly toasted in the oven for 5 min on 350 coated with melted butter on both sides) laid my tzatziki sauce first follwed by the lettuce, steak, tomatoes, pickled onions (sat in fridge for 30 min and were great!) and i love cheese so i topped gyros with feta cheese and a little bit of a colby and cheddar mixture. i was my first time trying this so next time itll b even easier since ill b familiar with what im doing =)"
