LOVE this recipe Paula, thanks so much! I used 2 1/2 cups of sugar as suggested by some. I also used salted butter and IMO it would have been fine to use all three cups of sugar to balance the salt in the butter. I also erred on the side of caution and got some brand-new baking soda. I don't have a tube pan and instead of substituting with a bund...
