Whoever thought this was bland went terribly wrong in preparing it..such powerful, smoky, hot and tender !!! More!! More!!

Some notes:

If you are preparing this in a kitchen that doesn't take smoke from the browning outside..brown your meat in the oven or on a grill outside. The grease aerosolized and created...
