Fabulous and oh so easy to use what I just happened to have on hand.! Didn't have zucchini, so used baby yellow crooknecks, didn't have Machego (though that would be my preference next time) so used Fontina, used red potatoes. Fresh rosemary, which is not something I use regularly, is so divine and reminded me of meals in the south of France."
