Reviewed Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Pecans and Spiced Maple Sauce
"We made this for Christmas dinner. It got rave reviews, and was a great change from canned yams soaking in buttery sugar sauce! Roasting the potatoes first (per directions) lends a nice roasted coating to the potatoes; they don't fall into a mushy mess either. I prefer only a hint of added sweetness with sweet potatoes and if I make it again I may cut down the Maple syrup from 3T to 2T. LOVE IT!
