It is pretty good - san antonio, TX review. A lot of the chefs use way too much salt - you can always add, but not take away! Double dipping - very bad!"

One of chef annes favorite things to say is "nisan blas" (sp) when is preping food - how is that really spelled. I cannot find anything close to it in French dictionary."
