I love knudi. I have made them a few times in the past. But this recipe was so overly complicated to make it in the 30 minutes shown, I would have needed a sous chef's help! The taste was no better than the easier recipes I have used in the past. This recipe is not easy as it's listed. Trying Giada's knudi recipe next."
