Yummeeee!!! And easy. I used very thick pork chops and they were very tender. The only change I would make for next time would be to reduce the flour mixture all by half. Or increase the amount of chops. I ended up not using most of the "dredge" and had to throw it away. Otherwise, it was perfect. "
