great recipe. luv beet greens!! They have a hint of sweetness and are so tender. Used Extra Virgin olive oil that I had infused with a few dried red peppers. Gave it just a hint of heat. Perfect. I would put less oil next time tho. I didn't weigh the greens tho so maybe I used less than the recipe specified.

I give this recipe a top rating as it's great tasting. So wonderful to find some great recipes for those of us with gluten intolerance. Also, nice to just have almond flour instead of having to use multiple other ingredients to try to replace wheat flour. Altho it does have the calories, it's oh so rich and tasty. Never used figs before and ...

I wonder what gluen free flour base is used? Can make a BIG difference. Just used the toothpick method to determine when done. Those that complain---- such as about the use of applesauce then either be creative such as using another in"

Good stuff. Just substituted broccoli, red pepper, and snow peas for the bok choy, and crushed red pepper as it's what I had handy. Will make again. "

A keeper of a recipe. I did add 1 lb of ground beef cooked separately and then added that to the tomato sauce and also added more mozz. Used regular lasagna noodles which worked perfectly. Cook for longer if you like softer noodles. Can't understand how folks burned this recipe--must have had the heat on too high. Simmer. Will probably add red...
