We liked this one very much, but as others have said, it's too salty. So next time we'll just leave out the salt added to the sauce, but still season the fish. We also would have preferred to saute the shallots a bit before adding them to soften them up a little, but that wasn't critical. Everything else about the recipe worked well for us. We thought...
