Reviewed Honey Baked Apples with Raisins and Cinnamon
"Just cooked it tonight. Everyone liked it. I think the apple brandy helps enhance the flavor. I will make it again and see if I can do a better job. I think it wasn't as good as it can be. I didn't have any star anise and will use it next time.
