My Activity

Reviewed Chicken Piccata

"This was the best chicken piccata I have ever made. The chicken is crunchy and moist. The lemon reduction sauce is fantastic. So full of flavor. I do not add the lemon halves to the sauce, but rather zest the lemons before juicing and add the zest to the sauce. Turns out perfect every time. ""

Reviewed Bubba's Creamy Spicy Seafood Pasta

"OMG!!! This was sooo good. I increased the pepper flakes to 1 teaspoon (because I like heat) and used angel hair pasta. Perfect. Unlike some, my sauce was not runny, however, I dried my shrimp and scallops with a paper towel before using. I love a good vodka sauce and this recipe did not disappoint. It's a keeper. Thanks Paula! "

Reviewed Crustless Spinach Cheese Quiche

"I was glad I read other reviews before making this dish. I added 3 Tbsp minced onion and 6 strips of fried crumbled bacon. Also increased the baking time to 70 minutes. It was deeelicious! You really do not miss the crust. So good. My husband and I ate the whole thing. Can't wait to make it again! "

Reviewed Stuffed Pork Chops

"These were the best pork chops I've ever had. My husband loved them as well. I used boneless chops and had the butcher cut a pocket in them, so that was a huge time saver. The blend of the prunes, goat cheese, and almonds was soooo good. Will make these again and again. Could not find the infused olive oil so I just added some lemon zest to t"

Reviewed Pat's Spicy Peach Hot Wings

"These hot wings were sooo good. Even my husband (who usually does not like spicy foods) loved them. Just the right balance of sweet and spicy. I baked my wings at 450 until they were crunchy (don't have a fryer). Very sticky when you eat them though. Need lots of napkins, or just lick the sauce off your fingers. It's so good you will want to.
