I am not normally one who changes something on a recipe and then writes a glowing review of the modified recipe since that isn't the aim of reviewing it in the first place. I made these today and found that the refrigerated dough was pretty tough to work with. There was no way I was going to make those darling triangles with what came out of the tube. I made this for a dinner party last evening without having tried it first but figured that I like Balsamic/Mozzarella and I like Balsamic/Strawberry so it couldn't go too far astray. Simple ingredients and simple to prep. Totally delicious. We made it as specified but used fresh mozzarella instead of the regular style so it was perhaps a little"
