Reviewed Indian Summer Stew: Butternut Squash, Coconut, and Lentil Stew

"Hello Aarti,
My wife and I are from India. She is trictly vegetarian (not vegan) and has many dieatary restriction due to earlier ailment. No onion, garlic or peppers so I always look for what we call "satvik" recipes. This one looked promising so I made a couple of changes by omitting garlic and pepper flakes. Also reduced coconut and substituted broth with water. She absolutely loved it and so did I. Who says you need heat for food to be delicious. So far I have tried 3 recipes from you and they have all been great. Have been sharing with all of my friends and colleagues. "Keep 'em coming!"

Reviewed I Ain't Chicken Chicken: Crispy Roasted Chicken Breasts with Orange and Cardamom

"I have a son who is alergic to milk and is finicky about a whole bunch of other things so I always look for different (simple) things to cook for him. Made this a couple of days ago and chicken came out perfect. He loved it. The only issue was that it splattered all over the place (inside the oven). Next time I will use a deep roasting pan to control this. Will definitely try again. Please keep showing simple receipes like this for chicken.
