this brine gets 5 stars for its smell while boiling. i could drink it if it weren't so salty. anyways, used this brine on an 11lb bird, then smoked it to perfection the next day. best turkey ever! made a rosemary/sage butter instead of honey mustard. tasted amazing. meat was juicy and tender.""
