"I am not a great cook, simple recipes work best for me. This recipe was easy to make and I loved the taste of it, I even gave some to my mom and she loved it. My son thought it tasted alot like meatloaf, but I did not. The recipe is great as is, but I took someone else's suggestion of adding a little less flour and my gravy wasn't thick enough "
