"Loved this idea and twist on Mac & Cheese!!! I had to step it up a notch for more flavor. I added about a TBSP of curry powder, extra cumin and smoked paprika. I also added melted butter to the panko bread crumbs and broiled it for a couple of minutes at the end to get it nice and crunchy. I can't wait to taste it tomorrow after all the flavors ha"
