Reviewed Roasted Asparagus and Prosciutto

Thought the combination of asparagus, egg and hollandaise is delicious. Not a fan of proscuitto but I would think that crumbled bacon would be a good substitute. I have had hollandaise separate on me and I add just a smidgen of hot water, blend it and it comes together!
