"Much easier than all of the others. It's very "stable" and as long as you are watching the temp. and stirring...it comes out perfect every time. Sometimes I add Cayanne and pour melted chocolate chips on top before it's broken into pieces. Highly suggest pouring out onto a silpat or flexible cutting board, topping with another sheet and using a rolling pin to get the thickness you want.
