"This is pretty good. First time watching a show, making the recipe and rating it all in one day. No need, as she said on the show, to cook the pancetta in oil. In fact so much oil rendered out that I discarded half of it before sauteeing the garlic. Also pancetta takes more than 3-4 minutes to crisp.I added the marinade to the pan while cooking the garlic, as she did on the show.No need for more olive oil at the end. I used some (~1/2 tsp) dried basil coooked with the garlic and marinade since I had no basil oil."
