A delicious way to start the day. I am a no dairy girl and substituted plain coconut milk & yogurt. I also added some flax seed oil & coconut oil for some extra health benefits. I used fresh blue berries and added a cup of ice. I saw other reviewers thought it wasn't sweet enough, I thought it was perfect with the addition of 1/2 T of coconut oil...
