Reviewed Couscous-Stuffed Peppers with Basil Sauce

We made this recipe for dinner last night. Very appealing dish, easy to make and unique, not to mention delicious. we slightly modified the sauce recipe we used cilantro instead of basil and sour cream instead of creme fraiche. We found that the creme friaiche was very very expensive and extra bitter. The meal turned out incredible. We made enough"
