Reviewed Gina's BBQ Brie with Raspberries

"I'd give this a 4.5. However, I made some changes. I am in the process of moving and didn't have a grill so I broiled the brie in a dish. I added about 1/3 cup of raspberry liquor (champord which was wonderful and I will repeat this next time. If you try this, it will take a little longer for the sauce to reduce. I also ran out of light brown suga"

"This came out great! I used non-fat cottage cheese and it still was creamy and delicious. My dad ate it for breakfast and couldn't stop raving about it! Simple and easy recipe, and I didn't even miss the crust! "
