Came out great! I did make some changes though:

I added lime zest and a little fresh squeezed lime juice to the crust mixture.

To the filling I added extra lime zest and cream of coconut (you have to add some lime juice too for the tartness when you add the cream of coconut but this gave it a nice coconut note...

I'd give this a 4.5. However, I made some changes. I am in the process of moving and didn't have a grill so I broiled the brie in a dish. I added about 1/3 cup of raspberry liquor (champord which was wonderful and I will repeat this next time. If you try this, it will take a little longer for the sauce to reduce. I also ran out of light brown suga"

This came out great! I used non-fat cottage cheese and it still was creamy and delicious. My dad ate it for breakfast and couldn't stop raving about it! Simple and easy recipe, and I didn't even miss the crust! "
