Reviewed Crispy Baked 'Fried' Chicken

I read some of the previous reviews that it wasn't as flavorful as it could be and was somewhat dry so I took a few steps to correct that.

I added sage to the cornflake mixture and I also let the chicken sit in the buttermilk sauce for an hour. Lastly I reduced the cooking time by 5 minutes, I could have even reduced the time...
