I gave this recipe four stars because it was kind of a pain in the butt to put together the skewers. The prosciutto was thin and I had a tough time keeping it together enough to wrap the chicken and cheese. The taste was definitely five stars. One change I made was to use sun dried tomatoes instead of the grape tomatoes. That added a nice tang...
