Reviewed Baked Beans with Ham
"Very good. I enjoyed the different take on the baked bean recipe. The vinegar/dijon gave it a nice little zing. Look for a well smoked/good quality ham. I tried a cheap ham that had litte flavor (off name brand that was on sale) and it made a big difference (to me). Nice change of pace and healthier than most baked beans you'll find.
