"I give this rating 4 Star's after I changed the recipe around a bit. I would suggest only using 1/2 cup of Rum & no Rum Raisins. If you use the amt of Rum, as well as Rum Raisins, the dish is too overpowering. I also used Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum instead of Dark Rum (due to the extreme alcohol rum taste.
