Reviewed Jamie's Coconut Cake
"This was by FAR the best icing recipe I have ever tasted. However, on that note, I found the icing to be extremely runny when I poured it onto the cake. Suggestions for this? Also, to help the cake to not stick it's best to coat the pans with crisco and flour. After doing so, I had no problem getting the cakes out of the pans.
