Oh so good! There's a local restaurant in town that make the most awesome Rabo Encendido. This is not exactly like it, but it's a close second. I didn't have time to buy the brandy & couldn't find any Italian frying peppers. Maybe that makes a difference? I didn't care. My family and I loved it. Will be making it again for our huge family Christmas...
