"We have three fig bushes and are overwhelmed with their abundance. This tart is delicious. I followed the recipe and watched the video. The lemon zest in the pastry is the perfect touch. I did not find any of it to be too sweet. Enjoy!!!!"

Reviewed Crostata with Mushrooms and Pancetta
"I have made this twice and both times it was a complete success! I did not have pancetta tonight so I used prosciutto instead. It was delicious. The veggie filling that I use is "baby bella" mushrooms sauted with shallots in butter with a splash of Marsala. I used both parmesan and fontina cheese. I followed the dough directions as written. I highly recommend this recipe!
