“Very tasty! I sprinkled a little grated parm. on them, too.
When the recipe says to pour olive oil over the artichokes "to cover", it doesn't really mean to completely cover them in oil. Just pour the oil over them until the bottom of the pan is covered.
When ready to eat, hold the leaves and bite the bottom off.<...”

“This is tasty but makes way more than 4 eight ounce jars. More like eight. This is good served with roast beef.
This recipe should not be called "Jam", unless it has pectin in it. This is a recipe for a sauce."”
