“Inedible. Was so embarrassed to have served this to guests. Grapefruit is just way too bitter and thin to bake. It's a citrus. Warm, liquidy, bitter goo with foamy egg on top. Just don't do it.
This may work with something like peaches. if you turn it into a sort of cobbler. But then its a different recipe all together"”
