Reviewed Mr. John's Meat-Stuffed Bell Peppers

"Wow! This recipe is tasty!! I did add a can of fire roasted tomatoes and topped with cheddar like some reviews have suggested. Also, instead of adding red pepper flakes I used spicy sausage. Reviewed Easy Rice Bake Casserole

"I'm a little confused about why some are commenting that it's too much rice. Do these ppl not realize that 2 cups UNcooked rice equals 3-4 cups cooked rice?

This recipe is very tasty. My hubby was pleasantly surprised which is always good. This recipe is very good on it's own but I think I will have fun adding different ingredients to it also. "

Reviewed Cream of Tomato Soup

"My husband and I liked this soup. I used a tomato and basil marinara and added thyme, nutmeg and a bay leaf to the recipe. I also used more cream than what the recipe calls for. My husband said to make it again!
