I had never had kale outside soups. I bought some to saute so did a search and found this recipe. I added a small shallot and 1 T of red pepper flake to the garlic and olive oil. Although the vinegar was stout, I ate all of it. I will make again, however, next time I will use half as much vinegar and red pepper flake."
