Turkey came out FANTASTIC! It was so moist. It was the first time I brined a turkey, my husband and I had so much fun doing it! Everyone was raving about it! I didn't use a whole turkey. My family doesn't eat the dark meat so I ended up using (2) Turkey Breasts. Simply fantastic. Anne Thanks for the awesome recipe!""
