"Used the glaze on some pork chops that came from a 4H pig that my grandson raised. EXCELLENT. I followed the advise of a previous reviewer and halved the Dijon mustard. Also might have gone a little heavier on the bourbon. Hey, I like Bourbon! Going to try this on BarBQ chicken breast or maybe a BBQed whole chicken.
