Did not taste very "Thai," but it was refreshing. I added some vinegar which helped the dressing. i wonder if soy sauce or Thai Fish sauce would help?...Next time I will add some almonds as suggested here and some roasted Ramon for crunch. Mandarin oranges would also be nice. Half the sugar for sure!"
