Reviewed Broccoli Soup
"if you like broccoli soup, you'll love this. the only thing i did wrong was i put in too much garlic, i use it from a jar, minced, i just put in too much but it's still good. luckily we all love garlic. i did ladle it into blender, just took a second and really gave it that smooth, creamy texture. i used more 1/2 & 1/2 too, half cup. top w/shreded cheese. very good!

i love to make soups and am always looking for new recipes. i love anything with beans! my husband isn't so crazy for beans as i am so i have to sneak them in. love this site, very helpful, love reading the comments too!
