Fresh, bright, easy and tasty! This recipe has become a must every year. I leave out the alcohol and be sure to make 24 hours ahead of time so the flavors marry. Delicious! I also recommend using the leftovers for festive cocktails - cranberry relish, vodka and 7Up. Yum!""
