"Very tasty dish that my whole family loved. I followed the recipe except that I pre-cooked the peppers and onion because I wanted to make sure they were cooked and it worked well. "I would have to agree with some other reviewers that this meatloaf has a lot of flavor. Reminded me of beef stroganoff in a meatloaf form.
