"I search the internet for days for a recipe with sweet potatoes , I don't like them myself but wanted to serve them for a special Thanksgiving Dinner I was doing for an older couple and they loved sweet potatoes. As I like to be a creative cook this recipe sounded just right. What a success everyone loved them!!!! The only thing I did different was add a topping of Brown Surgar, butter and Pecans. Thank you I will make these again
