Reviewed Sauteed Kale

I followed the recipe but had to increase cooking time because at 5 minutes covered and another 5 uncovered, it was extremely tough. Cooked it longer and added other ingredients per the recipe. The stems are inedible. The leaves are like eating styrofoam. I think the leaves should be taken off the stems and maybe steamed before sauteing. I'm "
