It was a little salty because I used bouillon cubes that had loads of salt already. I'm vegetarian and meals like this my kids and husband love. I reduced the salt by adding water and plain red lentils.

Sooo good. And vegan! I doubled up on this recipe for a BBQ not knowing how all the kids and grown ups would enjoy this! The kids loved the surprise of the orzo being pasta and the sweetness of the tomatoes... the grown ups loved the sauce that was a welcome break to the masses of mayo-dominant salads on the table."

Easy to adjust for a vegan. Creamy tasty without all the cream, sour cream etc. I've made it once using butter and once completely vegan with grapeseed oil for a buttery taste. Both times the soup was amazing. I actually did not use boursin either time and my kids and husband gobbled it up. My 12 year old exclaimed how good it was after the fir"

Sliced the veggies in the slicer vs. julienned. They were thinly sliced and cooked perfectly. The timing on cooking fish was great (have a convection oven). My husband usually does not like fish, and he loved it... when we opened up our packages the smell of the butter, white wine and the fresh thyme rose up in a puff of steam. It looked, sme...
