Never been much of a sandwich person (worried about them being too fattening), but love to watch the show as Jeff is hilarious! Saw a brisket marked down at the grocery store and thought I'd try this recipe. It is delicious!!! Everything goes together perfectly. The brisket was tender and full of flavor. I don't understand the problems with this dessert getting thick. Mine was thick in the blender and got more so after being refrigerated. I used small limes, and did not have a problem. On the show Marcela said the sweetened condensed milk was what made it thick. It was very good. A great warm weather dessert. I love your show!"

I love several of Melissa's recipes and make them all the time, but not this one. My husband and I agreed it was okay, but would not make again. Too much work and expense for the outcome. The white sauce overpowered everything else. Couldn't even taste the marinara. Maybe if you halfed the bechamel, it would be better."
