These stuffed peppers were the best I've ever made...so tasty we couldn't wait to eat leftovers the next day. I usually used just hamburger, but using pork sausage and hamburger were the perfect combination, along with the seasoning. This will definitely be my recipe for stuffed green peppers from now on!!
